Subscriptions: charged when you subscribe and on each renewal date. Free trial: eligible first-time personal plans are free for 14 days (a payment method is required to start). Unless you cancel first, the trial ends at the time shown at checkout (JST) and the first charge follows after the trial ends; the plan renews automatically afterwards. Registry PDFs: your card is authorized when you order and charged when the PDF has been retrieved. |

Because these are digital services, no returns or refunds are given once provision has started (except where required by law or for duplicate or erroneous charges). Subscriptions: cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of the current billing period and no further charges are made. Paid periods are not refunded pro rata. Cancelling during a free trial costs nothing. Registry PDFs: the purchase is complete once the PDF is available for download and cannot be cancelled or refunded at your discretion. If the PDF cannot be retrieved, the authorization is released and nothing is charged. |
