不動産テック合同会社（以下「当社」）は、当社が運営する Japan Real Estate Map（以下「本サービス」）における個人情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。本ポリシーは利用規約とあわせてお読みください。

本サービスでは、ログイン状態の保持、設定の記憶、および利用状況の分析のため、Cookieおよびローカルストレージを使用します。ブラウザの設定によりCookieを制限できますが、ログインや決済等の一部機能が利用できなくなる場合があります。

5. 分析データの取扱い

当社は利用状況データを分析し、サービス改善に活用しています。将来的に、匿名化・集計したデータ（例：特定エリアの検索傾向、人気の物件タイプ等）を不動産事業者等に提供する可能性がありますが、個人を特定できる情報、アカウント情報、個別ユーザーの閲覧履歴、保存メモの内容は含みません。保存メモの内容は、メモ機能の提供、サポート、セキュリティ、法令対応に必要な場合を除き、分析・販売・外部提供に使用しません。

6. 第三者への提供

当社は、法令に基づく場合を除き、本人の同意なく個人情報を第三者に提供しません。ただし、以下の場合があります。

不動産登記情報PDFのご注文では、当社は対象地の所在・地番のみを一般財団法人民事法務協会（登記情報提供サービス）に送信し、ご注文者の氏名やメールアドレスは送信しません。

7. 業務委託先・外部サービス

当社は、本サービスの運営に必要な範囲で、サーバーホスティング、通信の中継・地図の配信、決済処理（Stripe）、メール配信（Brevo）、メールの管理等を外部の事業者に委託し、当該事業者を適切に監督します。

8. 外国にある第三者への提供・外的環境の把握

当社のサーバーは日本国内にあります。上記の委託先の一部は、米国、EU（フランス、アイルランド）および英国でデータを取り扱います。EU・英国は、個人情報保護委員会が日本と同等の水準にあると認めた国・地域です。米国には連邦レベルの包括的な個人情報保護法はなく、分野別の連邦法および州法が適用されます。米国の委託先については、個人情報保護法の定める基準に適合する体制を整備していることを確認しています。詳細はご請求に応じて遅滞なく回答します。

9. 安全管理措置

当社は、個人データの漏えい等を防止するため、必要かつ適切な安全管理措置を講じています。主な内容は以下のとおりです。

10. 保持期間

当社は、個人情報を利用目的の達成に必要な期間保持し、不要となった情報は遅滞なく削除または匿名化するよう努めます。法令により保存が義務づけられている記録は、その期間保持します。

11. 開示等のご請求・アカウントの削除

ご本人は、当社が保有する個人データについて、利用目的の通知、開示、訂正・追加・削除、利用停止・消去、第三者提供の停止を請求できます。ご請求は info@japanrealestatemap.com までご連絡ください。ご本人確認のうえ、遅滞なく対応します。

アカウントは、アカウント設定の「アカウントを削除」からいつでも削除できます。ニュースレターは、各メールの配信停止リンクから停止できます。

本サービスでは、お客様の端末から以下の事業者のサーバーへ情報が送信されます。

This Privacy Policy explains how FudousanTech GK ("we") handles personal information in Japan Real Estate Map (the "Service"). Please read it together with our Terms of Use. If the Japanese and English versions conflict, the Japanese version prevails.

We use cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember your settings, and analyze how the Service is used. You can restrict cookies in your browser, but some features such as sign-in and payments may stop working.

5. Analytics Data

We analyze usage data to improve the Service. In the future we may provide anonymized, aggregated data (e.g. search trends in an area, popular property types) to real estate businesses. It will not include personally identifiable information, account details, individual browsing history, or the contents of saved notes. Saved note contents are not used for analytics, sale, or external disclosure except as needed to provide the notes feature, support, security, or legal compliance.

6. Sharing with Third Parties

We do not share personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law and in these cases:

For registry PDF orders we send only the location and parcel number to the Japan Civil Affairs Association (registry information service). We do not send your name or email address.

7. Service Providers

We use outside providers, to the extent needed to run the Service, for hosting, network delivery and maps, payment processing (Stripe), email delivery (Brevo), and email management. We supervise them appropriately.

8. International Transfers

Our servers are in Japan. Some of the providers above handle data in the United States, the EU (France, Ireland), and the United Kingdom. The EU and UK are recognized by the Personal Information Protection Commission as having a level of protection equivalent to Japan. The United States has no comprehensive federal privacy law; sector-specific federal laws and state laws apply. For US providers, we confirm that they maintain a system meeting the standards of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information. Details are available on request.

10. Retention

We keep personal information as long as needed for the purposes above and endeavor to delete or anonymize it without delay once it is no longer needed. Records we are required by law to keep are retained for the required period.

11. Your Rights and Deleting Your Account

You may ask us to notify you of the purposes of use, disclose, correct, add to, or delete personal data we hold about you, stop using or erase it, or stop providing it to third parties. Contact info@japanrealestatemap.com. We will verify your identity and respond without delay.

You can delete your account at any time from account settings ("Close account"). You can stop newsletters with the unsubscribe link in any email.
